This notice explains how ENCOTEC CJSC processes personal data submitted through this website — by people applying for a job with us.

What we collect

• Applicants: name, email, phone, location, current position, years of experience, LinkedIn/PEC details, cover letter, screening answers and your CV file.
• Technical data needed for security (IP address and timestamp of submission, consent record).

Why we use it

• To assess your application and contact you about current or future roles.
• To protect the service from spam and abuse.

We ask for your explicit consent before you submit an application, and we record that consent (text version, time and IP).

How long we keep it

Application data and CVs are retained for 12 months, after which they are archived off our servers and then deleted, unless you have been engaged or you ask us to keep them longer. Uploaded CVs are stored privately, outside the public web directory, and are scanned for malware.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, email hr@encotec.pro quoting your application reference number if you have one. We will action deletion requests promptly.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. CV files are held outside the web root with randomised names, are never served by direct URL, and are virus-scanned on upload. Access to candidate data is restricted to authorised recruitment staff.
